however this information pertains to those services that involve fees for billing and claims.

Notice of Updated Sliding Fee Scale  Effective June 2025

To ensure equitable access to services while maintaining operational sustainability, IBELIEVE Wellness Services and Spas, Inc. has adopted a new sliding fee scale effective June 2025.

🔹 Fee Structure
Clients will be assessed a fee based on 5%, 10%, or 15% of the total cost of services rendered during their appointment.
This percentage is determined by the total service cost and is calculated at the end of your visit.

🔹 Minimum and Maximum Fees
Sliding scale fees will range from $3.00 to $40.00 per appointment.

🔹 Policy Reminder
All clients will incur a sliding scale rate. No services are free unless formally approved by the Executive Board. We do accept most insurance plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare.

​Our eligibility process is somewhat simple. Our commitments are to less fortunate, disadvantaged persons.
